Another new coffee: Ethiopia Kembata Natural

 Welcome back!

A reminder that we recently introduced a new coffee, Nicaragua Don Isidro, which, along with all of our other coffees, can be ordered through the online store, by email, or phone and roasted fresh for your within the week. As always, if you need the whole beans ground, we can grind it to best suit your brewing methods. Also, if you’re not already following us on social media, check out our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages.

Another recent addition comes from Kembata, Ethiopia. This coffee is harvested between November and January, processed naturally, fermented over a 36-48 hour time period in a wet mill and then dried in raised beds and remain there anywhere from 15 to 21 days. This ensures that the Ethiopia Natural Kembata has a light mouthfeel and that the strawberry and blueberry notes are present once roasted, ground, and brewed.

It was great to see so many of you at open Saturday this month; We look forward to seeing our loyal customers and are very excited to welcome new faces. If you’ve never been to an open house, are short on coffee, or feel like catching up, mark your calendars for February 3rd and get excited to try some of these new brews!
